Hall Hire

Looking for venue hire in Epsom? Our newly refurbished church hall is just a few minutes’ drive/15 minutes’ walk from Epsom town centre. Located just behind our beautiful church and backing on to Epsom Common, it has excellent facilities and its own garden. There is a free public car park adjacent to the church.

Our hall is ideal for children’s parties, wedding receptions, family gatherings, dance and exercise classes, parent and baby classes, community meetings and more.

Please note: the kitchen is provided solely for keeping previously prepared food hot, or for heating it, but it is not licensed for preparing food from scratch.

Parking

There is a free public car park adjacent to the church. A level paved path leads to both church and hall. For larger groups, there are no parking restrictions on local residential roads just a short walk away.

The Garden

Through the two sets of French doors from the main hall, there is a large level, enclosed lawned area which is available, at no extra cost, for hirers to use. This is a lovely feature in the summer months and there is plenty of space for you to set up a bouncy castle or other outdoor play equipment.

Friday 9am – 7pm £30 per hour
Friday 7pm – 11pm £35 per hour
Saturday 9am – 11pm £35 per hour
1st & 3rd Sundays 1pm onwards £35 per hour

How to book

Please contact us using our booking enquiry form. We will then email you to confirm that your requested date is available and we can also answer any queries. If you wish to go ahead with the booking, we will send an invoice and once payment is received, your payment will be confirmed. A few days ahead of your event, we will provide you with the access code for the hall, the wi-fi code and additional useful information.


Important information

Any proposed use must fall within the general criteria of ‘being for the benefit of the surrounding community and consistent with the Christian faith’.

Children’s events must have the appropriate adult:child ratio for supervision to comply with our Safeguarding Policy. Please note that people attending the church or using the upper hall facilities may need to use the hall toilets during a hire event.  Hall hire includes the ground-floor Hall, Kitchen and the fenced lawn area only. The upper hall is not included.
