Christ Church will celebrate it’s 150th anniversary on 18th October 2026. In the run up, we have a whole year of events for fun and fundraising, as well as special celebration services.

The church’s annual general meeting. Do please come along and participate. All members of the Electoral Roll are eligible to vote. Do read the Annual Report in advance; it will be referenced during the meeting.
Alpha Course

Ever felt curious? Come along and ask us anything. No judgement. No pressure. But plenty of biscuits.
Small, friendly group. Short videos, relaxed discussions. Everyone welcome. Alpha is running for 10 weeks – get in touch with Sofia Welsby to find out more.

Tea Club
Wednesday 22nd April 2.30pm
A fascinating talk about Headley Court – From Farmyard to Historic Gardens, plus tea, coffee and delicious cakes, in the parish hall. Everyone welcome. Please let us know if you need a lift to be able to come along.
CC150 Plant Sale and Eco Fair
Saturday 9th May 2pm-5pm
Better value than the garden centre – come and stock up on outdoor and indoor plants. Browse the stalls and displays for eco news and ideas.
Tea, coffee, cakes and scones served too.
Tea Club
Meets four times a year
Relaxed and social afternoon tea, usually with a speaker. Lifts to and from the event can be provided if needed.
